Architects, designers and property professionals can explore hundreds of products from vetted brands and manufacturers, order material samples and buy at trade prices while our team manages customs and logistics to the project site.

Share moodboards and specifications with your team and clients, set bespoke client pricing, exchange notes and approve or reject products while keeping your purchase price clear. Membership gives you access to buying-group pricing tiers, and our Logistics and Ordering hubs manage processing and delivery until your goods reach the site.

You can cancel without a notice period or minimum-term contract. You will be charged to the end of any month your membership has already started, with no further charges after that. Visit the cancellation page to cancel; we ask for your feedback so we can keep improving.

Browse the product library, filter your search and add the products you want to specify to your boards. Where a sample is available, select the sample option and place your order. Some samples carry a charge. Samples are dispatched by courier and arrive together in one box for convenience and a lower environmental impact.

We encourage responsible sampling. Some material quantities may be limited to reduce waste and unnecessary shipments. If you have difficulty ordering or need bespoke quantities, contact our support team.

Unused samples ordered directly through Design District can be returned to help keep the system sustainable. Only samples purchased on our platform are accepted. You will need to arrange the return with your own courier.

User data is stored and managed in line with UK GDPR and data security regulations. Only authorised personnel have access to sensitive information.

Membership is not currently available to non-trade customers. If you are working with a design professional, ask them to join so you can create moodboards and benefit from savings through their membership.

The platform is for registered design professionals, architects, property developers, contractors and interior product specifiers, including quantity surveying firms and procurement teams, across the UK and Middle East. We support commercial and residential projects for freelancers, small firms and large practices.

Wherever possible, goods are shipped directly from the brand or manufacturer to your project site to avoid double handling. Products may arrive at different times, so an order can involve multiple deliveries. Our team manages customs and logistics and keeps you updated throughout the journey.

Order history and shipment tracking are available in your account dashboard. You can review previous orders and reorder samples and products.

Yes. Verified members can have goods delivered to an address different from their membership address. Register the correct delivery address for each project when you order.

Yes. Product pricing is shown according to minimum order quantities or values, so you do not need to wait for individual quotes. Your membership determines which prices and features you can access. You can request further information and speak with our team whenever you need help.

B2B registration is free for architects, interior designers, developers, procurement teams and contractors. Paid memberships unlock buying-group pricing tiers and additional features. Explore the available plans, then register.

There are no hidden fees. Product prices are displayed on the platform, and the portal aims to provide a door-to-door logistics quote. Some orders may need a bespoke quotation; our team will help you work through the details.

Made-to-order, special-order and shipped-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged. Check all products within 24 hours of delivery and email our support team with clear details and, where needed, photos or video evidence. Include your order number in the email subject.

Read our full terms and conditions for the details. Some returnable items carry a restocking charge of 25–35%, reflecting the charge applied by the brand or supplier.

All returns must be authorised. You must receive an Authorised Returns Note (ARN), which must accompany the return. Send authorised returns to Design District London, Unit 2 Rear of 1–9 Tennyson Road, London SW19 8SH.
